Social Summer Camp is Hiring an Account Manager

Social Summer Camp is seeking a bold account manager to serve as a client lead across multiple accounts and ongoing projects. The role of the account manager will be to strengthen key client relationships with a focus on driving social media metrics, client satisfaction, and innovation. Social Summer Camp is a fast-paced, growing start-up and this role will be a key part of expanding our team.

Responsibilities:

The primary role of the Account Manager will be as follows:

Account Management:

  • Oversee client relationship with multiple accounts
  • Consult across client’s entire marketing landscape
  • Educate clients on best practices in social media marketing
  • Outline solutions based on clients KPI’s
  • Curate social media content for Social Summer Camp clients
  • Develop new strategies for driving social media client metrics

Advertising:

  • Design, create and manage social media ad campaigns for both Facebook advertising and Google Adwords
  • Optimize social media ad campaigns daily
  • Analyze campaigns and translate data into recommendations and plans for revising campaigns

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in marketing and advertising
  • Strong client relations skills
  • Ability to focus on both the creative and analytical side of marketing
  • Active social media user and familiarity with social media ad products
  • Experience serving as client lead across multiple accounts and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Well-versed in PPC strategies, techniques and concepts
  • Advanced Excel skills and the ability to analyze data and pull insights
  • Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills
  • Must be located in Austin, TX or willing to relocate
